Well prepared and seasoned perfectly! No BS at this establishment and the best part is both non vegans and vegans can eat here... without the worry of either party feeling left out. The vegan food isn't dog food covered in salt the chef uses real whole foodsand I'm definitely a customer for life! Really great ideas and fun environment! Owner makes everything from scratch which is incredible!!! I really loved the vegan... cheese !! The owner is awesome however, the restaurant is new so it is less structured. Menu variety varies, and the food couldhave more flavor. I got the vegan nachos with shrimp and let me tell you that was the best shrimp I've had in a long time. The nachos were good... but had too many onions and pepper for my liking. That shrimp though!!!! Great customer service and the owner was very friendlyand informative. I love the fact that she was patient and allowed to to sample the food before making my purchase. Chef Eboni is AWESOME! I ordered a fruit platter and chocolate dipped strawberries for my daughter-in-law?s baby shower. The... fruit was so fresh and delicious. The strawberries were so unique. She did a variety of flavors, some were dipped and cookiecoated and candy coated and different colors. The presentation was beautiful. I wish I would have taken photos!
