The only thing consistent at Cane's is the dipping sauce. I always order a kid's meal. Enjoy the fries and eat the strips... last. Well today's $6 plus meal came with 2 tiny/slim/skinny over cooked chicken tenders (which were no longer tender). Itried calling the location repeatedly without success. I ordered a 3 Finger Combo and it was absolutely disgusting. I eat here once a week. This was the first time that I?ve been... disappointed. The food was old and the bread was starting to mold. This is the 3rd time I've had an issue at this location, but it is my last. I just left this here where I ordered two Box Combos... with two root beers and I specified 'easy ice'. They have a way of filling the cup with ice and giving you half a cup of drink.For almost $11, I need a full cup of drink. Anyway, I drive to the window and before I can even pull up good the girl is hangingout of the window with my drinks. No greeting just hands me these drinks with pop running down the sides. I grab the cups andcan feel that they are filled with ice. No big deal, I'll just ask her to remake them. I tell her that I asked for easy ice andshe tells me that IS easy ice and that she's the one who made them. I shake the cups and say, ma'am these drinks are filled withice and she proceeds to argue that this is what easy ice is. Ok, cool, so I ask how about no ice, then? She says no ice andcloses the window on me while I'm holding these cold, wet drinks to try to hand them back to her. A few seconds later a managercomes and takes the drinks back and says the new ones will be out asap. Another worker hands me the new drinks that have no ice,but are dripping wet and the lid is covered in pop like the girl purposely drizzled it over the lid just to be spiteful. At thatpoint I'm over it. I take the drinks and my food and go. I'm highly irritated with the level of unprofessionalism and just lackof overall courtesy. I mean, it?s Raising Cane?s, they are consistent across all locations and let?s be honest there?s not a lot of selection to mess... up on. However the few things they do, they do exceptionally well! I go there twice a week food usually good this time it was horrible the chicken was cold and small the lemonade was tasteless... like water fries were hard it's like and old order that wasn't picked and they serve me that I'm very upset Read more

Update: added a photo of hair fried into the chicken tender. Absolutely disgusting. Service terrible. Dining room filthy. Trash... on the floor. Drink area filthy. All booths filthy. Trash and grease on many tables even though there were about 10 visible crewmembers. In our 20+ minutes "dining" at the restaurant I never saw a crew member walk out to the dining area to check it. Therewere crew members that sat down for break at the select clean tables UPDATE: I have nothing good to say about this location.Its total trash. Again, all booths and most tables filthy. Staff not attentive. While waiting for our food there was a largecarry out order. The man at the register neglected to hand me out food before helping a woman to her car with the bags. Anotherkid that works there walked from the back, looked at the waiting food and grabbed the other 2 bags to carry out. I asked if Ishould back and get the food myself. The kid set down the bags and had a look on his face like I was inconveniencing him bywanting the food I paid for that had been sitting there for about 3 minutes. As far as the food that was previously ratedgood...the fries were over cooked, the toast was cold and the chicken was dry This visit was strangely reminiscent of our very1st visit 2 years ago when moving to the area. We waited for food much like today that was sitting there getting cold. The staffwas not customer service centric. We rarely visit this location due to the challenges the management has with staff. This is nota new thing but we keep hoping it will get better. In 2 years it is the same as our 1st visit. Only the food is now trash aswell. I just left Canes very disappointed. I order the chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. When I got it no lettuce and... tomatoes. So I took a bite it was very dry. So I ask for some sauce and he wanted to charge me for sauce. I told him why thereweren?t any lettuce and tomatoes on our sandwich he said they were out. I told him he should of told us.
