Great sandwich shop love their hot peppers but be careful sometimes they're really hot sandwiches are delicious
Very good food and nice staff. My first time coming to potbelly. On my top 5 list of sandwich shops the menu was great and the... big chocolate chip cookies were amazing. I love the area. They charged me $11 for this sandwich when McAlisters is across the street... no opinions, just facts
Love their sandwiches, you seriously always get what you pay for. However, I am sick and tired of constantly getting an oil... slick for a sandwich everytime I order. I even specify light oil and it still comes coated in it. At a certain point, itseriously makes the otherwise great sandwiches unenjoyable. Came around closing time after a busy day. I was impressed that Jose and Crystal provided me with excellent customer service and... didn?t make me feel rushed or like a burden for coming in so close to closing time. They were both friendly and very welcoming.We visit potbelly often; this was my first time inside this location. Our sandwiches were on point and packed so neatly. Potbelly's was absolutely delicious! First time ever eating there. I got the Turkey Club and I was expecting a standard Turkey... Club you get elsewhere and it was nothing like it!! A cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup finished off my meal and I wanted more. But Iwas way too full!! Fantastic job at Potbelly's!!! Read more
UPDATE!!!! I SENT AN EMAIL TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ON 12/01/2022 AS YOU REQUESTED, AND AS OF TODAY 12/07/2022 I STILL HAVE NOT... RECEIVED A RESPONSE. IT'S A GOOD THING THAT YOUR FOOD IS DECENT BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!! One star andthat?s being generous. Long story short, I placed an order online on 11-11-22, order had said it was delivered, it never was(also was not aware that they use a 3rd party delivery service). Called the store was told that the order was picked up, wastold that they would look into the issue and call me back, never called me back so I called them, was told my order was beingremade and would be delivered to me and that my money (total of $33 bucks for two sandwiches) would be refunded. Finally didreceive my order which was about 1.5 hours later. On 11-16-22 I still had not received a refund, someone from the store hadreached out to me (after I had sent an email in regards to the situation) to let me know that they apologize for dropping theball and that they had reached out to their district manager to have my money refunded. As of today 11-27-22 I STILL have notreceived a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing to be told lies over and over again. I will try Potbelly again butDEFINITELY NOT THIS LOCATION! Read more
