This location is not a good one. Sandwiches come dry. Never been to one were they look at me like ya they come dry. No they... don?t I?ve been to plenty of these places. So we ask for selected condiments to be put on it and we get dry sandwiches anyway.The Mac and cheese was old like microwaved the next day. First and last time I will be coming here. Bought a big size Avo turkey sub that I shared with 2 other ppl, let's just say all 3... of us got sick 30 mins later and not the good kind. The turkey had some type of weird taste like it had been out for days. Thiswas on a Sunday about 7pm. Mind you we were the only ones in the drive thru the whole 5 mins we were there and we were stilltold to pull to the front and wait 2 mins for our food when we only ordered a sub and soup. Read more

We love Potbelly so much, and it is tradition to stop for sandwiches after shopping at Costco. However, today was totally messed... up. My husband and I both ordered A Wreck sandwiches, his was plain with just mustard and pickles while mine had everythingexcept mustard, oil and Italian seasoning. They gave us two sandwiches with everything except oil and seasoning. My husband wasdisappointed. The issue is the hostess (on the receipt it said Host: 602. There was no name) had already asked us to repeatwhich toppings we wanted and after she told us our total and to drive around, tried to say something and didn?t finish. So whenwe got to the window she said she was sorry, but we had no idea why. We now have to assume she still had no idea what toppingsand instead of asking again, put whatever she thought should go on the sandwiches. The lady who took our order was nice, butshe didn?t try to get our order right and it was definitely a letdown once we drove all the way back home. We live in Haslet sothere?s no way we?re driving all the way back. Please ask your customers to make sure their order is right, I know futurecustomers will appreciate this!!
