Food was great... But the person serving up food was wearing pj's and house shoes and another guy was in shorts, wife beater and... flip flops. Both working the counter. I thought popeyes employees had uniforms? And while taking order's, both employees seemedannoyed that customer's were at the counter actually making them work. Read more

They were very rude she was back where they make the food yelled at me asking what I wanted to order instead of walking up to... the front to take my order. We ordered a chicken sandwich she said they were all out. I order 2 sided of mashed potatoes sheyelled at them to watch their language customer there. After I ordered she yelled at me Name? Name? Two out of 3 orders have been incorrect. The 3 piece blackened tender combo was more like one small tender and two iffy nuggets.... Mac and cheese was lumpy. And the 2 piece combo was missing a piece. They are definitely having a rough start. Read more

Will never come back. Ordered 2 shrimp combos and I swear they gave us kids meal portions. No biscuits, either. They also didn't... bother to mention they were not going to give us any biscuits until after we had already paid and after they handed us the food.This is unacceptable. Every time I get my food, it's fresh! Yes, there is a wait, but I'd rather wait for fresh chicken, than get a bag of cold food,... that won't even make the ride home. So far I've had Sheena at the window, she's apologetic about the wait, (they may be shortstaffed like every other work place) and she's sweet at the window. If you don't want to wait, go elsewhere... Fast and friendly service. Food was hot and fresh!! On the greasy side but soo yummy. There homestyle Mac n cheese is very tasty... with chunks of crispy melted cheese. The new look of the building is so appealing couldn't wait to check them out. Read more
