I have given this Popeyes more than enough chances. I refuse to spend my money here ever again. While I have had mishaps with my... food, that's not the issue (because i understand thst can happen). It's HOW the manager, the short one that's at the drivethrough a lot, responds. She does not know the true meaning of customer care. She's made it very clear she does not value me asa customer (my orders were always $15+) so after my last event, I decided never again. Read more
Went here dining room closed, drive thru open but waited 10 min guy kept saying give me a minute but never took our order we... drove off with 5 cars in line behind us and no cars at the window so no chicken for us! Horrible service!! shame on you! Read more
Honestly this is the worst popeyes I have been to. When I ordered the nuggets he said it would be a 7 minute wait for then and I... said that was fine. I got 12 pc nugget with mash potatoes, sweet tea and blackened ranch and sweet heat. After I paid, the guyat the window told me to pull up to wait for the nuggets. I waited almost 20 minutes. They gave me 1 on the sauces I asked forand gave me 2 other ones that were disgusting. Also got fries instead of mash potatoes even tho he asked me at the window if itwas mash potatoes and i said yes. The fries were obviously old and not hot. Waste of $15!! Read more
Just went through the drive thru on my way home. I was missing a part of my order and no one picked up when I called, then the... call was just disconnected. After driving an hour to get home, I was disappointed that was charged for my order and I didn't getall of it. Calling corporate in the morning. Read more
Let me tell y'all about my $10.00 experience. I ordered the nugget combo with dirty rice. Tell me why that chicken was so plain... it like they never heard of seasoning. McDonald's and Wendy's nuggets have seasoning that you can see and taste. It's like thechicken was just made with flour and cat milk or something. Definitely not buttermilk. They need to add salt and pepper to theirbatter mix. And they didn't give me and sauce with their tasteless nuggets. Than the dirty rice tastes and smelled like straightup dog food. I didn't even eat it. I wouldn't even feed that mess to my dog. And they didn't give me a spoon for my dirty rice Iguess I'm just suppose to eat with my hands. But it's ok that food went straight to the trash. Next let's talk about the bustingstrawberry lemonade they didn't even put ice in my drink. It's hot in tx it's like they gave me luke warm lemonade. So I finally tried the spicy chicken sandwich! Delicious. It definitely beats out Wendy's, McDonalds or Burger King. The chicken... portion is a good size and it has just the right amount of spice. If you don't want it too spicy just nix the sauce and you'llbe good. I got the Cajun fries as the side and they were not great. I am thinking they must have sat for a bit so that wasprobably just a miss on that visit. We went through the drive-thru and it was quick and the staff was friendly. If you're in themood for a quick chicken sandwich, give them a try. Read more
This place sick the service is absolutely horrible they just close the lobby when ever they feel like it. Sign says lobby open... till 1000 pm nope they jave there people and their friends and kids locks in and when I pointed out what sign say got theshoulder shrug.
