My experience with fentanyl was better than my experience at this Popeyes. 0/10.
WORST SERVICE EVER, we walked in and no one in the line was helped, the female manager on duty was saying the ?N? word infront... of an african american customer waiting in line and giving attitude to customers. This store is ran by a bunch of irresponsiblekids who don?t know the first things of customer service. One thing is being understaffed and that?s understandable, but to berude and disrespectful is completely different, this store needs some new employees i will not be coming back if i could givezero stars I WOULD. I ordered on my app and asked for 4 different sauces and at the window they repeated my 4 sauces but when I got home I only had... blackened ranch. I didn't want that. I ate no chicken tonight because my family says it was under a heat lamp to long. Now I'mstill hungry and out 40 bucks! Read more

The Popeyes at this location does not deserve any stars. The person at the window was very rude. I pulled up to the drive thru... and ask a simple question. I asked ?Do you have any plant based meat sandwiches?? He responded with ? We only have the goodmeat? then began to laugh..???? Needless to say I was very disappointed in his response. What is good you you sir may not begood for others. There are many companies who are catering to people who eat plant based meals and you sounded like an idiot. Asimple ?no ma?am? would have been a bit more polite don?t ya think. Kindness is everything when you work in customer service. Isee it?s been your biggest issue at this location. You will lose all of customers and will be forced to shut down. Not becauseyou didn?t have what I eat, but because the lack of customer service skills at your drive thru window. Ps. The chicken was cold ,extra small and my order was not correct, they left off the french fries when I got home everything was... terrible and when I tried to call them back they would not answer the phone!.
