I don't know why this place gets hate. I went on a Sunday to try their new blackened chicken sandwiches. AMAZING and definitely... worth it compared to other places known for chicken sandwiches. They have an array of sauces. My large order did not take tooklong, as I ordered in-person, over-the-counter. Also the best customer service I've received from a fast-food chain in a goodwhile. DO NOT EAT HERE! Worst experience at a fast food chain! This place needs to be closed! My kids got sick after eating here. We... had to wait almost 35 minutes to get our food in a drive through that wasn?t moving. The staff lady was extremely rude andcondescending as if we were bothering her by ordering food. This was not good chicken in that it was overcooked and hardly any meat on it. The only thing good was the bisquit and the... mashed potatoes and gravy. Sodas hardly ever taste right from any fast food place. It seems you just take a chance anytime youorder on whether it might be good or not. It used to be good chicken but not at this location! This was the worst experience that I?ve had at this location. That was the longest I?ve ever had to wait to order and receive my... food. The wait was approximately an hour and 15 minutes. The worst of my experience was the interaction with the workers. Fromthe interaction on the intercom when ordering all the way to receiving my food, every worker in the store was rude. No one waspleasant and courteous even after customers still decided to wait that long and still purchase from this location. The younglady taking orders and taking cash was the rudest of them all. Her dismissive condescending and entitled demeanor began at theintercom when I was ordering my food. To make it all worse, I ordered a meal for two which came with six pieces of chickentenders two sides and two biscuits? I only received five tenders one biscuit and everything was shoved in one tiny box. I willnever return to this location again unless disciplinary actions have been Taken and someone from the franchise has reached outto me. Wish I could give 0 stars. This has got to be the worst Popeyes. I don?t understand why cooperate hasn?t done anything about... this location yet. Horrible management! Horrible service! Always missing something from orders. Food always cold. The linealways wrapped around the building and down the street. Inside always closed no other location is closed in the inside. Picking up for Door Dash. They make you wait in the LONG drive thru line, don?t open the lobby, and don?t give you your food if... you walk up to the drive they window. THEN, a truck driver walks up to the drive thru window while I am waiting and gets hisorder taken. Funny how he didn?t have to wait in the line like the rest of us. This makes the customer?s food late and is acompletely inefficient way of handling business. No wonder the rating for this restaurant is so low. Improve your processes orcontinue to have low ratings. Visited at 6:27pm on a Sunday. 14 cars wrapped around the building. Dine in was closed. Waited in the drive thru until 6:54pm to... have one of the two employees take my order. There were just two workers. Got my order around 7pm. Food came out good. Workerslook overworked, props to them. Read more
It?s usually ghetto here. Like their cc reader is down or they?re out of something. Each visit always includes a sign posted... about one of the issues mentioned. Today, I ordered a 10 pc chicken only & a large Mac and cheese for $29? just to be on thetoilet all night. I believe I am experiencing food poisoning as I?m extremely nauseous and in pain after eating the food. Notsure if it?s a bad batch but my stomach is screaming :( Read more
