Where do I begin, the lobby was closed so the drive thru was crowded (expected). After being in line for 20 minutes we asked if... there was a fish sandwich, the young man kept saying shrimp, mind you fish does Not sound the shrimp. After being told 3 timesthat there was no shrimp he disappeared- no hold on, no I'll be with you in a few & no we're really busy - he just stoppedtalking. He never took our order, after saying "hello" for 5 more minutes and (crickets), we left. I will NEVER go to thislocation again. Don?t come to this location if you want fast or great customer service. (Don?t know if they don?t have enough workers or just... moving absolutely slow and not preparing for any rush) 10 cars only not even customers inside!! If you order early online thentry to pickup the INSIDE is usually closed (seen so many people getting upset trying to open the doors during business hours),no more covid excuse. Have waited through drive thru for literally an hour. Last time coming to this one wish others werecloser..Also always check your order before leaving. Had to come back in the past bc forgot 3 items. They have absolutely the worse customer service ever. Short black lady was rude tall guy guess he clocked out but never offered... to help or greet us. All they said drive thru only. Now if Popeyes wants to keep losing customers that's fine because thecustomer behind us seen everything and she left disappointed as well. Wish I could rate their service something less than zerocause I definitely would. Read more

This is a terrible Popeyes! This is my 3rd trip to this location because it's the one closest to my home. The last two times I... came they only had breast and thighs. They are always out of spicy. In addition the lobby is closed. The sign in the door statedlobby only for delivery companies and app order pick ups. Ok, so today I order in the app. As usual the lobby is closed and thedrive thru isndown to the road. But, I ordered in the app and can go in to pick it up. The order is to ready when I arrive. Ipark go to the door and the lobby is fully closed at 7:10 pm. Now I have to get back in my vehicle and try to get in the drivethru line. Someone graciously saw what had happened and let me in line. After 15 minutes I get to the place to order and letthem know I'm here for an app order. Mind you, it's supposed to be ready for pick up when I arrived. After sitting in the drivethru line and getting to the pick up window I am told not only isn't it ready but it's 5 minutes until Chicken is ready. So whatshould have been a 3 minute process to puck up an order has now taken 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for my chicken. Iunderstand we are in difficult drafting times. What I don't understand is why the app isn't shut down for ordering. It has notbeen any advantage to order on the app if they can't uphold the expectations set by them. Read more

I ordered Mac and cheese and this is what I got, by far the worst quality of food. I had to throw it away because it was not... eatable. I also did not get a straw for my drink. Read more

Worse customer service ever !!! Waiting over half hour for an online order. No one knew what's going on. I love Popeyes chicken... but will definitely NOT BE BACK, ???? when there are so many options out there. Read more

The food is great! The customer service however was horrible; which makes the experience terrible! The young female working the... drive-thru on 8/11/22 seemed to be annoyed by taking orders & gave me that 'why are you here look'... because it interfered withher texting on her phone! She didn't know ow what Cajun Rice was, when it's listed on the menu. I asked for 'Dirty Rice' sinceshe didn't know what Cajun rice was. Instead I got Red Beans & Rice. The top on my drink wasn't put on properly. And I couldn'tget plastic ware for my meal because they didn't have it available. So now I have to stop at a corner store to get a plasticspoon to eat something I didn't order. Read more

There are are 6 employees working. The Cashier is the only one doing anything. Two of the employees were eating over the food be... prepared. The Cashier spent 10 to 15 minutes on each customer because she would take their order then put it together. Sometimesshe would go in the back to cook the food. They have a cook but he is to busy dancing. My complete time waiting in line togetting my food was 1 hour and 8 minutes. I only had 3 people in front of me. WROST POPEYES EVER!!! Read more
