I have always been a fan of Popeyes, but please serve food hot & fresh. My wife got tenders just the other day in the drive... through, I ate one & they were warm at best. Today I order chicken & fries?same fries warm at best. FYI, fries are HORRIBLE nothot! Please do better! Read more

Ordered two chicken sandwiches and neither one had pickles. The worse part was there was probably two tablespoons of mayonnaise... on them. We literally had to scrape it off to eat it. The Cajun fries were also cold. It?s a shame? We live two minutes awayand love their food, but we won?t be going back. We called to complain and they laid the phone on the counter for a coupleminutes then hung up. Not worried about service, too bad. Read more

The Popeyes hands down has THE BEST SEASONED CHICKEN EVER! It?s absolutely always fresh and hot. The issue is when we ate in,... the air conditioner wasn?t working and we were told it has been off for 2 weeks! It?s way too hot and unhealthy to have no AC!The customer service is okay, definitely nothing special and the establishment is well kept. The main issue is them getting theair conditioner fixed for both employees and customers, as well as better customer service. We heard cursing when we were there,talks about things that should be discussed when you?re off the clock, not on the clock. They are worth drive thru eating,definitely not inside. Read more

Ordered a classic chicken sandwich in the drive thru and this is how my fries came. Not preferred. Food is good though.

Our order was messed up with two unrecognizable pieces of chicken it looked like a half of a thigh. Management did say they... would redo the order. After going through drive through again we literally seen the manager trying to give us the same chickenand heard her say we don?t know what a wing was no mask and breathing heavily over the food and she definitely had an attitudewhen we wanted the food replaced the fries we were supposed to get came out cold. Asked for dipping sauce got two sauces for 10pieces of chicken and for some reason we didn?t get a piece of spicy chicken which is what we came here for. the young guy onthe window was polite just lost he didn?t know what to do. Horrible service with horrible work ethic! Order was messed up 4 times by the female on the drive through. Cashier had to re do... the entire order and then it come out cold. I want a refund! My full-time job is a mystery shopper and most the time it seems when you go to a place everything ends up okay even though... usually that place is horrible. Well on this day not the case here I had to order the fish sandwich and let's just say is aboutthe grossest thing I've ever eaten and I'll show you in the pictures below exactly what it look like after I took two bites ofit and it's just slid apart. But the fish by itself tasted like dirt and the breading on the outside of it was so spicy that itwas just it was horrible. Popeye's please stick to what you know and that's the fried chicken.
