I went through the drive thru and ordered two whole chickens which brought my total to over $60. I always order this meal when I... come to your establishment and the other times I have come my order is around $50. I asked why it was so much more expensiveafter being handed my receipt and was told it was because of the salsas I requested. When I order is always request 6 green and6 habanero salsas because if I don?t all I?ll get is the regular tomato salsa which I do not like. I come almost every week toorder this meal and not once have I been charged for the salsas, yet today your cashier charged me over $12 for salsa claimingthat my order of two WHOLE CHICKENS only comes with 2 tiny singles. I don?t understand how a meal of this size that is obviouslyfor more than one person will only come with that small amount of salsa. When I asked to speak to the manager the cashierrefused to get them claiming she was the manager when it was obvious she was not. I in that case cancelled the extra salsa I wasbeing charged for and asked for my money back on it yet the cashier claiming to be the manager didn?t know how to issue a refundand just gave me back cash but didn?t give me the correct amount of money back. This employee was down right rude and hostiletowards us the entire time and should not be working customer service if this is how she is treating people.To make mattersworse, when I got back with my order there were three chicken legs that didn?t have any meat on them it was just the bonecleaned off. This is entirely unacceptable, if i ordered two whole chickens that is what I should have gotten not just bones.What am I supposed to do with just the clean bone?!?! Read more
This has been my favorite fast food restaurant since it was first built. I have to say that the food, quality, and service has... only gotten better over the years. The management is sincere and listens to customers concerns, and the food is always freshlyprepared and very flavorful for a fast food establishment (the chicken is surprisingly never dry and slow cooked toperfection!). I rarely write reviews, but some places definitely deserve recognition for their consistency and amazing staff(who come to work with positive, infectious attitudes). Good food, good music, great service! I?ve been here plenty of times but there?s something different! Whole experience was... amazing! I ordered 2 half chicken quesadilla and chicken flatas all executed perfectly?Omar and Pedro went over and beyond tobe sure we knew our food was coming and it was going to be just as ordered?all while greeting other customers and thankingothers for coming! For a fast food place the food is phenomenal BUT the staff, wait and otherwise leave much to be desired. I definitely come here... whenever I?m in town but I manage my expectations on wait times and attentiveness of staff because while the food is very good,they simply do not care about the customer experience at all Read more
I love this place. So much so we actually had their whole chicken meal (2) for Thanksgiving in 2020. The picture below reflects... what comes in their whole chicken meal. I'm not a bean person, but here I love to mix their beans in the rice. The mesquitechicken is so good. It's always juicy & left overs the next day is just as good as well. My favorite thing to get here is theirbaked potato with the steak meat, cheese, sour cream & other items. The potato is a whole meal by itself. The day the picturewas taken I had originally ordered one whole chicken meal with extra sides of rice & beans. The lady who took my order suggestedto order two whole chicken meals because it would end up the same price & I would get the extra sides I wanted. She was right &I appreciated her being honest with me & providing the suggestion! Read more
The delicious smell of charred grilled meat and appetizing spices brought me to this place. I never heard of this place before... and literally came in bc of the delicious smell. Plentiful tacos, lively employees, and good prices! I ordered beef tacos andgot whole 5 fully stuffed with cubed grilled meat double-shelled tacos! The order also included fresh onions, lightly friedonion and cilantro. On the side "bar" you can get unlimited sauces (from mild to hot), tortilla chips, pickled side veggies,limes and so on. I'm very impressed with this place! Even if it's a chain, the tacos are just as good as in local restaurants.Go figure. Read more
Stopped in for a late bite and food was fantastic! We ordered the #1 Whole Chicken with sides and was delicious from the chicken... to sides,salsas and chips. What topped it off was the cleanliness of the place and the customer service was on point. Marina wasvery friendly and greeted us with a smile. Not to mention she is pretty cute too... ???? Read more
