The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! They don't have enough staff to handle in store customer volume. The staff... speaks and acts disrespectfully. They make you wait a long time just to pick up your order even if you call ahead. As a matterof fact, they won't let you pay in store if you make a large order over the phone. Since I had been a repeat customer, Ishouldn't be treated like this. No one should be treated like you're a liar or theif. Order from them at your own risk! Read more
Terrible, terrible experience!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT! I had trouble ordering online, finally figured out how to do... it. When the driver showed up, I was missing part of the order and he said, "That's what they gave me. Call them." and shruggedme off. I called the store and the manager was only going to offer me a $25 credit. I explained that I am never ordering fromthem again and he mumbled something and hung up on me. Terrible customer service and called me a liar. Ordered a pizza from them last weekend paid over $42 for my order total and... delivery. Driver didn?t listen to delivery instructions with no contact drop off. Came on the wrong side of the house beating onthe door hard and had an attitude. Never received Cinnabons I paid for and called restaurant to inform them. Man that answeredsaid to call back in two minutes so he can speak to his manager about it. Called back and was told by the employee they couldn?thelp me because they spoke to the driver and he said I was lying. I said so you really just called me a liar( exact words cameout his mouth). I told him why would I have to lie about some $6 Cinnabons. Cashier was very rude and disrespectful, not to me but to another kid who seemed to be around 12 years old and he was also... disabled .
