I would give a 0 over all, card was charged multiple times, hair in my food, kept hanging up on me 3 times when I would call for... my pizza for contactless carryout, half of the employees were just outside smoking pot. Read more

The most unorganized and unprofessional place I've ever seen thus far, the crew runs around like chickens without heads not... knowing if they're coming or going. The place is filthy with clearly much to do yet their staff are too enthralled by theirphones to work. The sauce tastes like they opened a can of tomato paste and mixed in water. There is always problem with this location I ordered 2 quepapas on the website and got charged when I picked up my order they... told me they tried calling me which is not true ..my cell phone never rang...so they took it upon themselves to reverse wholecharge and then charge pizza by itself again without even asking if I still wanted the pizza. I ordered online and went to pick up my pizza immediately afterwards. I waited 10 minutes in the store just to receive a cold... stale pizza. It didn?t have any marinara sauce and I couldn?t understand why it looked or taste the way it did. The femaleworker with braids ALWAYS has any attitude, I always hope she isn?t there when I pick up my pizza from this location. I willnever order at this location again. Very rude employees. I picked up my pizza today @ 6:30pm, and the counter helps were the rudest people I had ever seen! A guy... employee was there and looked at me and simply walked away to the back without asking if I needed help. It?s as if they weretrained to ignore customers. Thus, I left no tip and won?t be returning! Read more
