This is the worst panera bread I've ever ordered from. I've ordered pickup twice, and the order was wrong both times. I had been... ordering from another Panera bread and never had any problems, so I never check the order before I leave. The first time thesalad had brown lettuce and a rotting pepper. This time it was missing the French baguettes and they gave me a croissant insteadof a brownie. The receipt was correct but they did not fill it correctly. Read more

They clearly do not know how to take any orders. This is the second time this happened. I specifically asked them and confirmed... twice to put extra avocado instead of chicken and this is what i got (picture below). I paid almost $13 for this empty sandwich! Read more

Service at the front counter was good. Have an issue though with the food pickup for dine-in. I remember pre-covid when they... would bring the food out to you - not sure why they changed that - now the customer goes to the window where everybody's foodis. Seems that is more of a risk of spreading germs with unknown people breathing/coughing on other food :( The new chef chickensandwich totally missed the mark (nothing like the commercials): chicken a little dry, bun was not toasted and mayo just soakedinto the bread. Instead of a slice of cheese, it came with those cheese chips. Don't mind them on a salad but Nah, didn't workwell on the sandwich. Did have a fair amount of lettuce on it but was not all that it was hyped up to be. The frozen strawberrylemonade also did not come out as pictured - take was pleasant but was kind of a pale watery pink instead of the think darkerred drink on the poster at the front counter. No one up front two of the three times my party went to the front reception area to order. I was forced to use the digital... checkout, ordered two bowls the second time and ordered one bowl the first time.. spaced out by about 10 minutes. Waited therefor 20 minutes seeing other orders come out of the kitchen, all different kinds of soups. Only when it came to my order I wasnotified upon receipt of it that I was required to make an alternate selection that was at my discretion. The soups I hadrequested I was notified of not being in stock, and they did not supply them anymore. My spouse asked if they had two othersoups and although being stated as a new addition on the menu and permanently on the board, digital menu, website, and nutritionfact sheet, she was notified that they no longer carry the soups. My spouse has anxiety and didn't know how to respond to thissituation due to her diminishing lunch hour she said to fill it with the same soup we had ordered already so she could at leasteat something. Both soups were filled and bagged literally in 14 seconds. Why did I have to wait half an hour to find out youdidn't have the services you let me purchase to be told you already stopped selling them previously so you had to give me doubleof what I already ordered. It's either a scam or false advertising allowing someone to purchase a service and then tell themthey have to adjust to dealing with double of a single item. Which by the way I wouldn't be angry if I didn't get the exactsame order literally yesterday. Either the company did a drastic change overnight with no press releases or your employee, theone that doesn't wear hats in the kitchen where you are required to wear something if your hair is longer than a cm. It pains me to leave this review. I?ve enjoyed Panera bread before. Most of my food was ok. I thought I?d order the flatbread... pizza. As I?m eating a slice I end up finding a hair in it (as in underneath the cheese). A blonde or light brown hair which isnot mine or anyone who lives here since we have black hair. I ended up finding a 2nd hair in the 2nd slice. If I go back toPanera it won?t be at this location. Disappointing. Read more

We ordered via Uber eats and went through the drive thru to pick it up. We didn?t know we weren?t allowed to go through the... drive thru for pick up. The older lady was very displeased with us because of this. We said we didn?t know and sorry. She said Iguess Were feeling nice today so pull forward. She shoved the food out the window to us and slammed the window real hard. Won?tbe coming back to the location. Apologies that we inconvenienced you ma?am because we didn?t know your rules. I ordered a pickup order on the app from this location at lunchtime. No one greeted me or said anything to me when I went in to... pickup my sandwich. My order was not ready on time, and it didn?t seem busy at all inside. My steak and cheese sandwich wasway under impressive, little meat and cheese, skippy extras. My sandwich and drink were almost $20 and not worth they price atall, especially due to the lack of acknowledgement I received inside. Read more

I am a long time customer of Panera, but here in the last month or so I am rethinking that. Every time I go, my order is wrong -... they have increased their prices. And today, my order was 13$ for a half salad and drink and the greens in the salad are wiltedand brown. yuck! It's completely inedible. big waste of my time and money.
