Great location. Food was pretty good. It took 3 times before my food was correct and it wasn't a difficult order at all. The... whole place looked like it was short staffed. Food took forever for all, server was forgetful and admitted to it, we would havechips and no salsa, a different table had queso and no chips. Our server was bussing tables, pressing tortillas on theirmachine, taking orders and admitted to not putting them in and also forgetting certain things. Meanwhile I see what looks to bea floor manager or manager or sorts (in a blue shirt) and she wasn't helping her at all. It was clear that or server was aforgetful server but also needed help. It wasn't until I saw another manager come in (dressed in a button down) and then he andeveryone else started helping. It was sad to see the lack of care for the customers here. I understand short falls with staff asI am an executive in a service driven industry but, there was no hustle at all to try to recover. Only looks from people nothelping and the look of anxiety and worry from our server. The nasty tables were left for way too long. We even saw people leaveI know at least 9, because the hostess was helping with some guests outside. I did have my entree comped after the 3 times itwas wrong but the whole experience was wrong. I have never had this happen at an OTB and I hope it gets better at this location.Meanwhile me and my family won't be back for a while. Read more
Excellent customer service and great tasting food is always a WIN in my book. I had an awsome dining experience. The food is... always cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. There is plenty of parking spaces outside. This location has a patio. Thisis a children friendly restaurant and it does have a children's menu. The appearance of this restaurant location is alwaysclean. The park lot is always clear of trash and has always a clean appearance. The wait time for the food is always short. Theservers take your order and the food is brought right out in a timely manner. This restaurant always has a chill laid backatmosphere even on its busiest days hence the reason a frequent this location often. Excellent service across the board! Read more
UPDATE: Tried it again and they have a whole new menu with lots of new options including a Torta and Birria tacos. I got the... Birria tacos and WOW were they delicious. The Torta was good too but not as authentic as the tacos. Can?t wait to come back andtry more new things!! Haven't been to an On The Border in a long time and decided to give it another try. We were greeted andsat at a table pretty quickly. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, but then our server disappeared for quite a long time. One ofthe managers ended up bringing out an appetizer but it ended up being the wrong appetizer, which they apologized for andcorrected. By the time the right appetizer showed up, our dinner quickly followed so we were stuck at a relatively small tablecrowded with several plates. The food was pretty good, but the service was pretty terrible. The managers got us multiple refillsbecause our server was MIA. The restaurant also wasn't very busy considering it was a Saturday night at 7pm. I'd consider givingthem another chance if the quality of service was improved. Read more
My order went back two times because the failed to make it right . They brought it back and it was still made incorrectly. My... food taste as if they dumped a gallon of lime juice in the bowl. They gave me bell peppers and onions instead of avocadoslices. This has been by far my worst experience here. Also poorly mannered waiters. Read more

Place was pretty empty except the bar area. We were looking forward to the guacamole live because it's entertaining to watch... the server make it up in front of you.
