Walked in and there wasn?t any customers in there, then after talking to the rude lady I realized why? I?m literally 36 weeks... pregnant and I stopped by to use the bathroom really fast. I seen the sign that said ?restrooms only for paying customers? and Irespected that. I told the lady kindly I would pay just after I used the bathroom (as stated i?m 36 weeks) but yet she precededto have a MAJOR attitude with me. Demanding I pay now or get out. I felt so embarrassed. That?s not a way to run a business, especially one that looks like it needs the money.. Sorry you can?t seem to afford an extra dollar of water bill lmaooo, it?snot that serious at all. Read more

This is a accumulated complaint. Over the last two years I?ve noticed changes in their recipes. Changes in quality and quantity... of servings. At first I reasoned it was due to hardships caused by the pandemic. It seems many restaurants suffered the samedilemma. There?s about three item?s they made that I?d order. One in particular that I loved and haven?t found anywhereelse. This dish has gone from being served with a whole split breast to a half of split breast to over pan-seared dicedchicken. It was made with a creamy wine base sauce, now it is just Alfredo. It once was served with artichoke hearts and nowyou can not tell if there?s an artichoke in it or not. Another item I?d order is the very simple cheese ravioli. Once theorder consisted of 5 ravioli now it is 3 ravioli. The price of the items have all gone up (still very affordable when comparedto other Italian places) but the serving sizes have change and the quality of those chicken dishes have suffered due toingredient changes and preparations. I use to dine in regularly and referred people to this location. I also used to order andpickup from here quiet often, but after noticing the changes and being disappointed I began to limit my patronage. Attemptingto see if it would return to better days. Unfortunately, for whatever reasons they made the changes, they have adopted them asthe norm and cutting corners is their best practice now. This is still a great little neighborhood restaurant. It?scomfortable, friendly, they have many dishes to offer on their menu. I would not dissuade anyone from trying this place. Justwanted them to know that an old customer has noticed the differences and is sad that they have changed. It has forced me tolearn to make my own. Read more
