I LOVE Mod but this location- I'm done giving a chance. The last two times I have ordered they either sent half my order to... another customer or got half the items wrong on the pizza. Today I ordered once more, picked it up and came home realizing howthin, brittle my pizzas were and how LITTLE cheese they tossed on. It's just.... sad and I'm done being dissapointed. This place is wayyyyyy too new to be this horrible for absolutely no reason. Located in a new, up and coming area I "ASSumed" it... would be great. If my toddler wasn't fixated on eating pizza and not leaving I would have turned around the moment I walkedin. It clearly needed a good sweep (which I assumed the messy floor happened earlier, since we entered right after lunch hourand would be handled SOON.) I was wrong. The cashier was fumbling around explaining the menu to me. My 2nd chance atleaving. And then once we ordered and walked toward the tables (which at this time, all were available) I couldn't findONE table that didn't have leftover crumbs etc. like seriously ALL OF THEM HAD NOT BEEN WIPED DOWN. So I politely asked(remember I'm with my toddler) if she could come wipe down the table. She said yes and as she walked over she said withan innocent face, "which table would you like cleaned?? In my mind I screamed "Duhhhh!!! ALL OF THEM!!!!" But I simply pointedto the one that had the least crumbs on top and on the floor. Once the pizza was ready she yelled out "Emily!" But I ignored herbecause she asked my name when ordering, took a pen and wrote it down. But something told me to go up and ask was it for me.Why? Because the place was empty and my name isnt Emily; it's SHEILA. Sweet mother of gawd. Grabbed the pizza, set down atthe table and after one bite I realized this thing was burned. (See pic) I tried to explain this to my toddler who was eatingonly the top of his slices. Should've been my first clue. Needless to say I will NEVER RETURN. I usually love Mod but this time I ordered online and came at the time it should have been ready but ended up sitting an extra... 35 minutes waiting on my pizza and no it was not crowded. The customer service was horrible and honestly I didn?t even want thepizza anymore I just wanted a refund. Going forward I don?t think I want to come back. Read more
Went today and couldn't believe how dirty it was. It's a very new location but looked run down due to the lack of cleanliness.... It honestly looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Good pizza but doubt we'll be back. If the dining area was this badIMAGINE the back area. Read more
Really want to like this place since it is so close to my home. However the 3 times I have been there all had order issues. The... person taking my order (same person all 3 visits) was very forgetful, made the wrong pizza, did not really understand the menuvery well, and the pizza itself was very average. Hopefully service can improve because there are a lot of potential customerswho live close to here. Read more
This place is DELICIOUS. I love the food and the super nice employees. Wow that pizza was good and unlike any pizza I?ve eaten.... You make it Chipotle-style, meaning you go in there and choose the crust and toppings. AND THEY MAKE IT IN FRONT OF YOU! Howcool is that!. The restaurant was clean, they have no public bathrooms so don?t drink too much water ????. The employees areyoung and very nice and super quick. There is a 10-15 minute wait for your pizza and then it?s done ?. I love this place. 10/10would recommend. Read more
Love MOD pizza. You will pay more than other pizza joints, but you're getting a yummy pizza. The MOD size can be shared for... those who can't eat a large meal. I am on a Low FODMAP diet and this is a great treat for when we want to eat out. It's theonly place we can enjoy a meal that's not made at home. All of their ingredients are listed online if you're forced to a strictdiet.
