My wife goes to this McDonald's every morning after work. So she went yesterday morning 11/30/2022 she purchased 2 sausage Mc... Muffins extra cheese & a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit for me. My sandwich had a long piece of hair that was stuck on the cheese& a eyelash that was sitting on the biscuit egg. Called to the restaurant & talked to the manager she said we could come thismorning & they will fix the food. Well my wife went after work this morning like she always does & they act like they didn'tunderstand what she was talking about. They was very rude even after my wife said just forget it that she still wanted the food& she will just pay for it again. Well they slammed the window in her face as she was talking & then some manager came to thewindow & as she is telling the manager what just happened he gets smart & starts yelling & slams the window & walks away. Mywife has never had a problem with this restaurant until yesterday morning.. they don't have to worry about us spending anymoremoney with this restaurant. They was very rude & very unprofessional. They need to train there employees & managers so muchbetter because this restaurant is very very unprofessional. S/N and I have pictures to prove it. Read more
Worst McDonald's in the DFW area. They never get their orders correct. They always miss stuff. I've been going there for over 3... years and I've never gotten an order correct yet. And it's not like I'm making them having to think, I take things off not addthings on which makes it even easier. But every time I take things off they add them on anyway. Do not go here this is not agood run McDonald's by any means. Take care more about the drive-thru than they do about their clients in house. I ordered abasic double cheeseburger and it took me a half an hour to get it. They didn't make it right I brought it back had to make itredo it they remade it correctly however they just gave me back my same french fries which were now cold and they didn't evenreplace them. This mcdonalds just gets worse and worse. I literally just left and these fries are not fully cooked! They taste raw and they... are harder and colder. Everytime something has been wrong. McChickens were thrown together and thrown in the bag. I'd ratherwait a few more minutes and get full cooked food. Read more

Usually nothing good tosay about this location but had a pleasant experience this time. Got hit with a sudden fish filet... craving. Haven't had it in 3 or 4yrs. I asked for extra tarter. Went there to meet a friend. Got a light snack while waiting (chicken nuggets and Dr Pepper slushee). Both were fresh and... tasted pretty good. The dining area was clean and made for a nice atmosphere to sit and talk for a while. Read more
I am shocked about all the reviews on here. Ofcourse people will take time to complain but not really to leave good compliments.... **This McDonalds is by far the best I have been to!! ** Yes about one or two of my orders out of idk the two years I?ve beencoming have been wrong but I mean they are preparing for a ton of people (always busy hence cuz they are good at what they do)Iget things wrong just cooking for 4. It happens everywhere just check your order b4 leaving always. As far as the food, workersthey have Amazing customer service and Fast. Also the landscape is nice.
