24/7 McDonald's not accurate 145 am Tuesday, ordered through the app and arrived. Waited at drive through for 3 minutes no... attempt on interaction through speaker. Drove around to the window and had the employees shaking their heads at me and waving mealong. Read more
Slow drive through. If I still worked at a McDonald?s, I would have been able to place the order, build it and cash everything... out by myself quicker than this place but, alas, I don?t because I?m not a high school teenager any more. The deals aren?t whatthey are anymore either but, with time and the current Biden economy, what does one expect. This McDonald's is NOT 24 hours. They close the drive through at 1 am every day!! Don't waste your time coming here. Apparently... they have RATS. so please be mindful when eating at this location. Read more
Let?s see. Where to start. Two of the last three times I?ve been through the drive thru for dinner, they?ve forgotten an item.... The first time I went back and the manager told me he packed the bag himself and didn?t make a mistake. The second time was lastweek and when I went back to pick up the item the same manager told me the inside was closed and I?d have to go through thedrive through again to get it corrected? 10 cars in line at the time. Wouldn?t even make an attempt to hand me the missing orderof fries. Just told me to have a nice day and turned his back on me. Then last night? This is supposed to be a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and do you see what I got vs what it should look like. Not to mention... they had messed up my whole order left my kids happy meals off and a drink. Need to just close this location or hire people whoactually care about the customers. Read more
The only consistent thing about this location is how they always get orders wrong and leave things out. I am massively... disappointed about this as this location is so conveniently located to my home. Never any kind of compensation for the mistakesmade (which are frequent) I don't even get the impression that managers and leads care about anything going on, as I saw amanager wearing Crocs in an environment where nonslip shoes are required.
