Lazy and rude staff. Waited 20 minutes no one would acknowledge you they all were ganging around see you at the counter and... continue their personal conversations(wouldnt even come get mail from mailman when he was dropping it off). Called in tocorporate office and was told management would call to address issue still waiting on that call. Good luck getting service herewont return to this location. Read more
Lot of what looked like homeless hanging around, police were inside investigating some kind of disturbance that had taken... place. I ordered at the kiosk took my number and waited for my food to come, after a while no food so I checked the counter andfound my food there employee told me they don't bring food to the tables and don't care what the kiosk told me. This place is a joke! Mobile ordered, they took nearly 30-minutes and still got my order wrong. I decided to go in and let them... know yet instead of giving me my nuggets, I was asked by three different employees, including the manager, to let them see mymobile order. The manager, Hispanic lady with a buzz cut, seem very incompetent and walked around like she didn?t know how tofix it. Feel bad for those that have no choice but to get their food from this location. Crazy long line in the drive-thru. All I wanted was a sweet tea. I walked in, orderedpaid at the self-serve kiosk...... and... waited.... and waited.... and waited as people who arrived WELL after me and ordered at the counter got their food.... andwaited.... 15 minutes... for a sweet tea. I know everyone is understaffed - but the crew was completely overwhelmed becausethere was absolutely ZERO leadership anywhere. And the tea tasted like soap. Read more
I guess when you put someone in charge that?s not responsible they can decide to close at different times every day. I didn?t... know a 24hr drive through closes at 10pm there?s a lot of ppl in the drive through waiting on service. Drove around and saw ahand full of girls on their phones. I got here before 10, and waited a good 5/10 mins before driving to the front of the building. Managers sitting down not doing... anything except eating. The didn't even have the decency and tell the other customers that they weren't accepting any orders!Very unacceptable!!!!!!! Read more
