It really saddens me that the universe has changed so fast and customer service is no longer number one especially with such a... big company like McDonald's where I remember when I used to be a manager we had to make sure our greeting and customer servicewas number one. Customer service today; you go through the drive-through line you don't even get a friendly welcome goodmorning thank you for coming to McDonald's Hi how can I help you or welcome to McDonald's I'll be glad to take your order,Nothing!!! it's always rude. it's always order when you're ready, or go ahead with your order... no greeting when you pay, nonewhen you leave. Quick service...some right. Didn't have to ask for anything with my order i.e. napkins, straw, plastic ware, syrup or butter.... Everything was in the bag and that is rare for a McDonald's. I want to thank everyone at this location (Western Center). I willvisit again Read more
This location has terrible customer service. Employee are slow and rude. You feel rushed when in the drive through, because they... say "is that all" after every order. EVERY time I check my order before driving off I'm missing something, and no matter howmany times I order sauce in the drive through it's pointless because it never makes it to the front line. Ordered two apple pies and both pies given to me were EXPIRED, dry and hard. Notice time stamps on pics ????????. Also ordered a... double quarter pounder with cheese, no pickles and got a quarter pounder with pickles and no onions instead. Terrible serviceand zero attention to detail which surprises and saddens me as I never had an issue with this location before. Read more
Thos location actually had some decent customer service. Typical McDonald's food. I was impressed with their commitment to... cleanliness to include a sanitizing wipe on the tray with my order. Read more
The 1.5 rating on yelp is correct. 1st, they didn?t know what I ordered, even though I used the app. Second, the food was cold,... even though I had to wait. I threw it out because it was making me sicker with every bite. Had to get some chocolate toself-medicate. The management at this location needs to do better. Unacceptable. I should get a refund. Just like the Popeyes next door, trashy and gross. Stay away from this one and go to the one on Blue Mound. Western Center is... full of fast food places with employees that were hired to fill a spot. That whole area is trash. Read more
I have never had an issue with an order here and this location has two drive though lanes that merge into one but it makes... ordering much faster off of a main roadway. Not much to hate about a McDonalds location if what you are looking for is a quickbite to eat and a cheap $1 large fountain drink. Read more
