Please train your employees correctly, I ordered a Carmel mocha which gets espresso in it and it made by them cafe machine, they... made and iced coffee and slapped the syrup in didn?t stir the cup and then I tried explaining them what it actually it supposeto be because I?ve worked at McDonald?s before and they tried taking the same coffees while trying to hide it just to add whipcream and I told them not to do that, that I want the Carmel mocha made correctly, they still did not stir the syrup while theCarmel mocha was being made as it should be so all of the syrup is at the bottom and it?s very hard to stir a cup when it?s fulland you don?t have anything to stir it with. I would have given it 4 stars if it weren't for the cashier that just gave off a bad vibe with his attitude. Maintained a 3 star... because if the wonder lady giving me my good with her awesome attitude. It was like give me the bad news first then the good lol Read more

McDonald's food is the same no matter where you go here in FT.WORTH. THE EMPLOYEES are a different thing. In the nicer part of... town, the employees seem to be a lot more friendly and professional. I actually eat here several days a week. My only complaint is I look forward to ice cream with my meal and sometimes the machine... is broken it's very disappointing. I just dont understand why it breaks so much?! Also they forget my requests for certaincondiments twice they forgot my syrup for my pancakes needless to say it was inconvenient. Never anyone friendly, never anyone working the counter for walking. Have to raise you voice to get someone's attention. Then... they act as if you are a bother. Focused TO MUCH, on drive through. Takes forever to get food and it's cold or wrong. Read more
