Please train your employees correctly, I ordered a Carmel mocha which gets espresso in it and it made by them cafe machine, they... made and iced coffee and slapped the syrup in didn?t stir the cup and then I tried explaining them what it actually it supposeto be because I?ve worked at McDonald?s before and they tried taking the same coffees while trying to hide it just to add whipcream and I told them not to do that, that I want the Carmel mocha made correctly, they still did not stir the syrup while theCarmel mocha was being made as it should be so all of the syrup is at the bottom and it?s very hard to stir a cup when it?s fulland you don?t have anything to stir it with.
