The lady that took my order at the drive thru kept getting my order wrong on the screen while telling her what I wanted, I... repeatedly kept saying with cheese and she kept saying ok rudely. I pulled up to pay and receive my order and my order was wrong, she put what I told her was wrong on the screen in my bag any way! I gave her the order back and said it was wrong its supposeto be 3 sausage and biscuit with cheese She to the bag and bring the bag back with sausage and biscuits but no cheese. I wentinside and spoke with the lady at the front and she went and got the manager , I explained to her my issue and she took the bagand said well Im going to have to charge you more because sausage and biscuits don't come with cheese and I said I know I toldher to ADD the cheese on them , she continued to go back and forth extra rude with me over cheese and she scream to the ladyspeaking on the drive thru and said did I say cheese the lady lied and said I changed my order to save her self from a mistake that she did. After a few seconds of going back and forth she says Ill give the cheese to you so she started being veryaggressive with my food , the whole time we going back and forth my hash browns are cold by this time I asked her to change myhash browns because they was cold she snatched the hash brown threw them with an attitude and handed me 3 hash browns with herbare hands and no bag because she was mad and never gave me back my receipt . This situation was overly rude and unprofessional and should be dealt with immediately. Read more
My online order was a complete fail... so I came in to fix the situation with an attitude. But once there and seeing how busy... they were, calmed myself down asked for a manager. Her name was Erica and she handled my complaint. She was very nice and hadgreat customer service. Took great care of me.And in the morning my manager is Angie...she's the best. ???? Read more
I can honestly say this is the best McDonald's this far. I don't know about anyone's else's experiences but. Well yeah y'all did... mess up my coffee the last time but I've only had one mistake made here, knock on wood, compared to the others around. I'll juststart coming here. Yes for the 3$ bundle menu. This location has been around for years. Fast friendly staff. Dining room open and the kids play... area is air-conditioned ifyou want to visit with this kiddos. Read more
Slow service. They are supposed to by corporate policy have all drive-through lanes open 24/7. But they are closing the lane at... night which is not even following the corporate policy so if they can?t even do that how can they get the food right if they areslow and not following simple policies. I purchased a big breakfast with hot cakes on my way to work (3 minutes away) and when I opened the container the hot cakes were... very hard around the edges and the eggs seemed to be old as well. I believe they gave me a old order that was sitting aroundor they precooked too many hot cakes and eggs. Tried calling the store but the line was busy for 6 attempted calls. Read more
