Terrible manager! We ordered 5 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. All came without egg. When we asked them to fix the issue they... said "we didn't have eggs so we didn't charge you for eggs" which to me is nearly brain dead. That's like ordering a burger andthey say "we didn't have meat but we are going to charge you anyway" and to add insult to injury they refused to refund it. GETA BETTER MANAGER! Read more
First time in a McDonald's in several years. The inside was quite modern and I even saw what looked like a kiosk to order from... instead of standing in line. Was a little surprised to see my egg McMuffin was almost $4. Maybe I'm stuck in the prices of old,but a tiny breakfast sandwich like that? Either way, it was a good experience. Two employees were not very friendly when I asked for 10 packs of hot sauce, I offered to pay for them. She sold them to me but... acted like she was mad that I even asked for them although like I said I was going to pay for them and I did. Read more
Terrible service and bad quality food but what really got me was seeing the manager smoke a cigarette then walk straight back in... and start touching people?s orders. They close the dine in at 10 when it's 11. After the dine in is closed, it takes almost 20min just to get your order via drive... thru. It's ridiculous this is an every night occurrence. I doordash, it never fails when it comes to getting my order that ittakes longer than needs to be. Also needs a way for doordash and Uber eats drivers to pick up orders inside instead of drivethru.
