Took the self serve drinks out so asked for a refill after being ignored at the counter with another customer for a few minutes.... After a few more minutes an employee came back to tell me no refills...very disappointed with the service and businessdecisions. Manager just looked at me several times and ignored me. Read more

By far one of the worst McDonald's franchise I've ever been to. The employees are incompetent, including management. ... Ridiculously long wait times (I'm talking in excess of 15 minutes) for something as small as a fountain drink and a cookie. Literally sitting in the drive through, waiting 10 minutes for A LARGE FRY. Take a guess at what the workers are doing? Just... take a guess? Dancing and making videos. I can NOT make this up. I know they were making videos because one of the young ladiespropped her phone against the window for a better angle. If I had not paid for the fries already then I for sure would've left.They are always out of desserts...always. I think that today was the straw that broke the camels back. Dining room is under construction. Please post on your website that lobby is closed. Also please put signs on door saying your... closed. In addition the lobby will usually always have 7 people waiting on there food for at least 15 min wait with only 3 carsin the drive thru expect a really long wait in the lobby and most employees trying to avoid helping people at the front counter.This location avoids the front like the plague. I went through the drive-thru for my dinner. I had the Smoky BLT quarter pounder with cheese and some fries. The burger was good... but next time I'll add extra bacon. The line did not take long either. Read more
