Orders are never correct or we're missing items. Their always out of product. Everyone sees you walk in and they look at each... other like who's taking this order while you stand there and wait 5 minutes. The tea is always soured and drink station dirty...I've had managers turn and walk away instead of listening they send someone else. Rude, unprofessional, work ethnics are poor,drive thru order takers are ride and try to rush you and if you take any amount of time trying to decide you can hear them sighin the headset.. We ordered large combo meals and the fries were cold not even like warm. I took some out of the bag as soon as I exited the... driveway. Very disappointing as that's the best thing I like to eat at McDonald's. The chicken sandwich was decent. My husband and I went this morning to pick up breakfast. My Husband and sons meals were correct, no issue( just pancakes and a... big breakfast with pancakes). I asked for a bacon , egg and cheese biscuit, add extra cheese. What we got instead was justcheese and bacon. There was no egg in my biscuit at all. This place will never get your order right, I Doordash from this place occasionally when I can afford it and these guys get my... order wrong every single time. When you come into the restaurant to fix your order some the staff are cold towards you not evengiving the common decency to say "sorry about that". I tried to call 4 times just now to tell them that I'm missing food and Ikeep getting declined. I work in fast food too. It's McDonald's, it's usually consistent, and food is mostly always correct. The service is typically pretty speedy.
