I used the McDonald's app for the first time to pre-order and picked it up via the drive-thru. Usually, I check in my order... before driving off. I went inside of this mcdonalds usually do the drive thru. Went the kiosk you order from isn't easy to find what you want to... order. So went to the person to order I had ordered a happy meal with a small order and qtr lb with cheese combo. When I got myreceipt I noticed I was charged for a bottled water which I didn't get I got a cup. Cup is what I wanted. Went back to thecashier and told him and he said that's how they have to ring it up. I said ok but I was charged for it. I asked doesn't thehappy meal come with the drink he said yes. They are over charging people at multiple locations bathe one on hulen charged forthe bottled water too but they actually gave me the bottled water but I wanted a cup. This location used to be solid. The past few months I have received several awful customer experiences, however. They will give... you attitude at the window and charge you for an order you cancel after you drive away because THEY didn't acknowledge you atthe speaker. Terrible customer service. One of the worst Macdonald any one can visit, if you love ?? Macdonald as I do avoid this shop otherwise it will leave you with... total bad impression of Macdonald. I ordered quarter pounder meal, it took 5 minutes to complete the order, paid about $8.39plus tax. Food came there was no drink, question why, she said drink wasn't included, then a few minutes later another stafflooked at the receipt stated I should move forward that someone will get the drink to me, I waited 15 minutes drink never came,then went inside to get the drink ???? it took another6 mins for drink to come having answered severalquestions, fries ???? wereall broken bits, and extremely cold, no empathy no compassion.
