My food today was brought by Margi, and she was so nice. She only had to accommodate my requests about 32 times because of all... of the little things I kept forgetting to ask for... This is not the only review mentioning these problems. They have a very dirty play area. Me and my wife watched an employee... spill a drink and left it there for some kid or adult to slip. 30min later and still hadn't been cleaned. I hope they watch thecamera and talk to that associate. lobby was dirty as well, no napkins and the drink refill area was covered in sticky spilledbeverages. I will not be coming back. Read more
This McDonald was not very clean. I had to wipe the table myself. Smoothie and Frappe machines not working. Very few employees.... Floor next to the drink dispenser was stickie. Garbage cans overflowing and finally take to go or fight the flies. Read more
We usually order in the app, by the time we get in it doesn't take that long ????, we also usually go directly to the play area... and then go back to see if our order is ready, lol but on this first visit, just when we were sitting down, a girl came with atray to ask us our order, we were a little sad ????, but wow, it was something nice, I was reading the comments and it seemedlike a good place to me, my kids had a lot of fun ?? and that's what matters, thanks for the service and the food ????????. Ialso read that it was dirty, but during our stay I saw two guys who cleaned three times, so everything is very good ????????. Read more
This place has definitely fallen in quality and quantity. The picture is of an Oreo McFlurry with pretty much nothing but Oreo.... Time to find another one for the kids. Read more
WORST MCDONALD'S The girl at the first window was just on her phone and took her about 3 minutes to look up and realize I was... there waiting. Once I got paid and pulled up to the next window, I saw this McDonald's was nothing but kids who didn't know howto work. They were goofing off and throwing stuff at each other while my food was ready on the counter. When the guy gave me myfood, he sorta rushed it to me and closed his window. Didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces or anything. Plus they got my orderwrong. DON'T go to this McDonald's. Read more
Possibly the nicest McDonald?s I have ever been to. Presentation and food was definitely better than other McDonald?s I have... visited . I could say this is the best McDonald?s in this area. Definitely stopping by and getting some more McDonald?s herewhen we go out and recruit people! Read more
Horrible place and terrible costumer service. We pulled up to the drive-through this morning and everything was going fine until... we ordered and then we never heard back from the person who took our order. We asked multiple times if they could hear us, noanswer. We finally drove away and as we were doing so, we heard the person over the intercom greet the car behind us. Read more
