What a great place! I rarely write reviews but the owners/mgmt need to know how much I appreciate the staff at this location.... Several weeks ago the staff had to close the dining area because of a shortage of workers. My wife and 3 kids had issues withtheir vehicle and I could not get there for a while but the staff went out of their way to let them in and help out a toughsituation even though their team was very busy and short staffed. When I got there to take them home, the staff gave them somePokémon cards which they were over the moon excited about. My kids love McDonalds and they ask for it every Friday for a treatfor the week. We will continue to come to this location and am thankful for the team that was there that day. Read more
Been here a few time and months apart and the last 2 times we ordered a hot fudge sundae it was just cheap chocolate sauce and... not hot. They never said they ran out of the hot fudge. Read more
I ordered from the board, got a number and sat at a table. Went to sanitize my hands and non of the dispensers had anything in... them. Went to the bathroom and wasn't too clean. Get back to my table and they are shouting Big-mac meal, who ordered thebig-mac meal. Get my food and the tell me the Ice Cream machine was being cleaned, ask for my cup to fill my drink. Online it says the restaurant opens at 6 am for breakfast. I tried going in and was told by the manager very rudely that the... dining room didn't open until 8:00 AM!! I will be returning to get the managers name and correct hours. I will be contactingcorporate about this incident The manager on duty was completely rude and the lady was extremely rude. I came to get a happy meal with extra fries instead of apple slices. I waited 20 minutes for the happy meal and got apple slices... instead of fries. When I asked for them to switch it to extra fries I waited another 10 minutes for them to only return thehappy meal with a kid fry and no apple slices and no extra fries! What a joke! Read more
I mean it's a McDonald's. The staff is kind, the line is really fast, the construction of the food adjacent products is done... with care. It's still a McDonald's. It's a great one, no issues. I do love me food adjacent products, so if you're similar,you'll find staff that act like they make a living wage. Read more
This is the most clean, friendly and well run Mc Donald's I've ever been to!! The staff is so friendly, helpful and efficient!!... They got our whole order correct the 1st time and did it quickly and were incredibly friendly while doing so...... did I mentionthey were friendly?! Who ever is running this place needs a raise and should go an teach other places how it's done! Read more
We live incredibly close to this location, so we order fries from here periodically. Unfortunately, we don't always receive our... exact order. Many times the kids request a sole order of fries, nothing more, and this is what we receive. ???? Read more
