My family loves McAlisters! Unfortunately this location has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I ordered online for pickup and... was completely ignored by staff, who looked at me and turned right back around, when I went for pickup. No one was friendly orhelpful. No wonder the dining room was empty. Hmmmmm. They also substituted my cookies for another without asking simply becausethey were too lazy to take the ones I ordered out the freezer. She stood there and done it while I was waiting, no explanationof course, because they never said a word to me. If they weren't available , say that, not substitute whatever you feel.Needless to say, I will NEVER support this location again. I'll drive to Burleson, my usual, next time. Read more

We had a large order for a corporate training event and the Mcalisters on Camp Bowie went above and beyond from start to finish.... Lacey took full charge of the order from the beginning and all those helping double checked everything before I ever walked outof the door. Blown away at the level of service! Read more

My family and I come here fairly often, and the food is great. However, the service is what keeps us coming back. They have the... kindest staff who always seem genuinely happy to serve you. One time I was given sweet tea instead of unsweet and when I toldthem, they were extremely apologetic and did everything they could to make sure this didn?t happen to someone else. Evenmentioning that were intent on making sure it didn?t happen to someone with diabetes or dietary restrictions. They treated itlike it was truly important to them! Read more
