I have been obsessed with this place for the last couple of days. Today, my husband and I placed a $50 order then when we got... home we discovered we were missing half our food! Plus, the food we DID get wasn't made correctly. We go back to ask for arefund because I'm not eating tacos that have been sitting for 30 minutes, minus some other items because my kid was alreadyeating it.... I'm still leaving a 4 star review because every employee in this establishment were incredibly professional andcourteous and had an impressive sense of urgency! We were a party of two, love the fact that entering this place it was clean and we were able to walk directly to the cashier and... place our, the cashier even repeated our to make sure it was correct, the seating was a bit disappointing because they usuallyhad TVS with extreme sporty channel on, that's pretty amusing to watch dining in, our order was called in perfect time, we wereeven surprised, the food temperature was spot on, and the portions too. Went through the drive thru and the wait was 20 minutes long. Longest wait I've had at a Taco Casa. Not sure if they are short... staffed or what. I get to work to eat my lunch, I have 15 minutes to eat and half my order was wrong. That long wait and wrongfood isn't ideal on a person's lunch break. I called to speak to someone about the error and I got a voicemail; hope I get acall back. Read more
I've loved their crispy tacos for several years but I tried the Chilada and Super Burrito for the first time today and was VERY... impressed! A friend had Super Nachos. Nice clean location too, with super service! Highly Recommend! Read more
I tell you what I'm trying to be patient and understanding about the worker shortage all over this world but today's wait inthe... drive thru line was just ridiculous. I cant hide my frustration. I was late back to work after having to wait in line for mylunch. There was no way for me to back out. I was forced to sit there. Also the meat tasted funny today. I don't know ifthey season their meat in house but I am not a fan of celery seed so i can typically pick it out in foods and it just seemedlike the meat had a strong celery seed flavor today. Also see the attached picture ...i feel like my frijoles had an egregiousamount of sauce in it. I've never seen that much sauce. I threw them out. Read more
I can't stress enough how pleasantly surprised I was with the exceptional service I received here. I ate there around 4 I... believe, and the young man managing the store was super polite and helpful. The young girl who took my order was veryprofessional and polite as well. They made my food quickly and it tasted amazing. The store was clean and everyone had a greatimage. I had a challenging day and was stressing about work and It made my day how friendly everyone was. After waiting in line in the drive thru for 10-15 mins (about 7 cars in front of me) I finally reach the intercom just for the... employee to tell me that they are closed. The time is now 9:54!!!! Smh Read more
