Food was absolutely delicious!! I got the Cobb salad wrap and added grilled chicken. I am attempting to eat healthier surely but... slowely, but I also don?t like bland healthy food. Blink and you'll miss this place as you drive by what looks like an old shopping strip. But don't be alarmed, inside is clean... and inviting, and the food is amazing!!! Seemingly endless meat, topping, and dressing options. I love that lamb and salmon areboth options! The lamb was fresh and cooked to order and the jerk chicken was flavorful and juicy, with a little spice thatsneaks up on you. Totally worth the drive from Azle. We will be back! Read more

I had the strawberry spinach salad came with: yellow pepper, red onion, goat cheese,... walnuts and I added: fresh blueberries, salmon, and ???? ???? vinegarette! The salmon was made to order, cooked and seasonedwell enough to stand on its own. The restaurant colorful, and pristine with a genuine offer of serving FRESH, HEALTHY,DELICIOUS foods. Menu is bomb! With so many great items I couldn?t decide what to try first. What?s even more unique is theordering system! Using well staged iPads to build your order! Absolutely delicious, fresh salad! The salmon was perfectly cooked and made the salad really filling, and the lemon zaatar... dressing was unique and so flavorful. I was on a super long road trip and this brought me back to life for the rest of my drive.It was also super quick and convenient. The owner was so kind, attentive and lovely.
