This was our first time eating here and our first impression was the restaurant was beautifully decorated. My husband and I... ordered the brisket queso which was excellent and the perfect margarita which was good. We both ordered the ribeyes for ourentrees. I got the Brussel sprouts and okra which were really good. Only bad thing about our meal was that the steaks wereoozing out so much oil that it covered the plates. My husband's French fries were so soggy because of the oil from the steak. We complained to our server as well as the food runner but nothing was done to fix the issue. This is why only 4 stars. In search of a good meal before heading to Tanger Outlet in Fort Worth, Texas Roadhouse turned out to be the best option in the... area. We received a warm greeting from Zach and our server Justin was very friendly and attentive. Offering just the rightamount of attention to our table. The shareable sized food portions were seasoned to perfection and the temperature just right! The peanuts are now provided in a sealed bag. The country music was enjoyable. Went to this restaurant for the first time on 4/12/22 and I will definitely be returning. EVERYTHING about this restaurant was... great. The server was so kind, courteous, and efficient. The restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms. The food wasseasoned well and was fresh. We had the spicy boneless wings and regular wings, Ribeye steaks, pork chops, shrimp, and the kidschicken tenders. I love how they handled the situation. ---------- I've been... coming to Longhorn Steakhouse ever since I first tried it -- it's literally the only steakhouse I've been to ever since. Thatmay start to change since I stopped by during the weekend. It just didn't feel or taste the same as it did before. My goal,from the beginning, was to order and try all of the steaks there; however, that didn't work out. We originally ordered a Ribeyeand a Fire Grilled T-Bone. What we received was a Ribeye and the Longhorn Porterhouse. That was definitely the case because theperson who brought our food mentioned it was the Longhorn, but we didn't order that; we assumed he was mistaken because theLonghorn Porterhouse looks similar to the Fire Grilled T-Bone. Well, it was definitely the Longhorn Porterhouse; we've had theLonghorn Porterhouse several times to know its taste. We decided to just eat it since we've already cut into it. The Ribeye wasdelicious in taste. Though I ordered a medium, it tasted like a rare-medium rare, something I couldn't dealt with so I swappedit with my significant other. The Longhorn Porterhouse (supposedly Fire Grilled T-Bone) was mediocre. One, I don't remember ittasting the way it tasted -- it was under-seasoned. Two, my significant other ordered a medium rare, which isn't what Itypically like BUT it was more cooked than the Ribeye. Let's talk about the sides: We both ordered a side of Crispy Okra; Iordered Steakhouse Mac & Cheese, and he ordered Crispy Brussel Sprouts. I don't typically order any healthy or semi-healthyside dishes, but Longhorn Steakhouse's Crispy Okra is usually heavenly delicious. Take note of the "usually." One of the worst experiences. When the server sat us at our table there was virtually no wait. However when we got our drinks... there was hard food/goop stuck on the side of there cup which disgusted is , when the server asked if we wanted refills wethought that maybe she would notice the dirty cup and change them, but we received the same glass. My renegade sirloin was greatbut the steak my partner received was basically all fat and no meat. On top of that, the sides were cold when we received theplate and we ended up paying and leaving. The waitress was unbelievably nice to us and helped my wife with her gluten issues to make sure she was OK. I ordered the New... York strip steak and she had the ribeye steak. Both were cooked to our liking and we're delicious. I particularly liked theflavoring the added to the vegetable as it had a little bit of a lemon twang to it. First time here and will likely be back.Also our waitress was kind enough to bring us some strawberry shortcake as it was our anniversary, and it was very appreciated.Thanks for making our day special!
