Most of the time this is my go to place for quick good pizza..everyone has their day..today the pizza pie/crust it self was... undercooked as well as the crazy bread. Young lady up front was kind enough to refund that while we waited on a fresh pizza.Take the time it needs to cook up the products it makes for a much better and easier sale. Read more
Went in to place an order and took a while to be ready so i sat down patiently. As im waiting i see more people come in and some... are just placing their orders. Bet you can guess what happens next, they give them a pizza as soon as 2 minutes! Literallyordered 2 pepporoni pizzas and as more came in to get their pepporoni pizzas just as they placed them. Then when there is nobodythe old guy with his belly showing out his shirt, proceeds to ask me what my order was. Not mad at the fact he forgot which iunderstand everyone makes mistakes but just find it funny they are very disorganized and got newer tickets out before old ones.Proceeds to say sorry like nothing happened lol. i can see why no one wants to work there. 0/10 Read more

Ordered online within business hours. Checked email for pickup time. Saw that they deferred the order to the next morning.... Stopped by the store only to find out that they decided to close earlier than marked hours. Called customer services to cancelthe order as I had no need for it the next day. They still made the pizza regardless and charged me for it. Talked to someonethat said they were the manager. They very rudely responded that they won't be giving me a refund. Asked to get a hold of theowner or district manager. Barely got my name out to them before they hung up. Read more

hello i work here and i wanted to clear some things up. fisrt you have to understand that not everything is part of the hot n... ready and not everything will be hot and ready all the time. we have to go by our charts which tells us how much to have readyotherwise we get into trouble. if someone comes in and buys all the pizzas we have to sell them to that person which in turnleaves us with no hot n ready's and so the next person comes in all mad wondering why we dont have anything ready. well thatperson bought em all. but we always throw some in the oven which all pizzas take about 6-7 min. to cook. aside from Deep Dishwhich take about 10-12 Min. we cant just have 70 pizzas ready we have to follow rules beyond our control. also i saw someonepost here that theres always a line. well obviously theres going to be a line when we have so many people coming in ordering somany pizzas. everything is made from scratch we cant just magically make pizzas appear. seriously!!. not only that we have callin's as well. theres only so much we can do and if you dont wanna wait then leave and go somewhere else. dont come in with andattitude and whatnot were trying our best to get everything out to you. and sure we make some mistakes and whatnot but we try tocorrect them if you call us. were human its going to happen. if you want something just ask us we'll do it, you want your pizzamore well done fine we can do that. just ask. also sometimes we are going to run out of stuff thats beyond our control we dontorder the stuff or have anything to do with that, we just work there. but i can assure you we'll have it replaced everythursday. ALSO WE DO NOT ACCEPT BILLS OVER $20 its company policy also beyond our control. lastly sometimes we dont keepeverything ready even thought theres suppose to be ready simply for the reason of not having so much wasted pizza thrown awaybecause either its a slow day or because they expire. we have the privilege in having these things where others Read more
