Such rude window cashier.. I made two orders at 11;06 am on 10/27/2022 the reason I say time and date was because I couldn't get... cashier's name... She was so rude giving actitude.. we ordered 2 .. I made sure I said in another order.. she didn't hear me andput my tow orders together.. when we go to the window I told her they were separated, she made a face and said y'all need totell us deperate next time please... I answered I did... As she was giving us our food with a face.... And she slammed thewindow on us... We didn't get down because that was our lunch and we were going to be late.. as we were going we noticed shedidn't even gave us silverware... If she don't like her job she should find another one. Yo I love Lisa's and every location I go to smacks but this one is terrible. Tenders taste like raw fish. I could not eat my... meal when I got home. I don't know if they mix up their batter or what but its a horrible taste. The mac and cheese was alsobland. Disappointed. I hope they fix this. Read more
I order two tender dinner double fries, as soon as I got my first order I try a fry it was cold and I talk to the girl in the... window and I ask for an exchange since I payed 60 dollars for two orders! Well she got the fries told me to park and wait for myhot fries, I waited 10 min and I got my fries back the 4 boxes of fries were almost empty and the two boxes on the top were hotbut the other two were cold I?m pretty sure the same ones I gave her back! Been going to Lisa's for a long time. Food was cold when we got it home,plus the girl at the window went out side to talk with... someone and we waited over 10.00 mins in drive thru for order. They were lined up behind us 4 are 5 cars. If you have to waityou would think your food would be hot.service was not good and food was not what it should of been. Read more
Guy at the counter was friendly when we ordered , got our food to go , went home and opened the box to find more than 10 pieces... of chicken , I tried to call to let them know that we got the wrong order it was a fax machine instead of a person on the otherside who does that !!! So we decided to go ahead and eat but when we bit into our chicken it was very, very salty , so salty wecould not eat it , not happy at all!!! I tried to call again but got their fax machine again , this is a place of business theyhave to have a phone number for people to call and speak to the manager, That's very bad business!! Extremely rude employees actually called me a liar, and continued to stand at counter arguing. Mgr/owner actually cooking 3 feet... away and did NOTHING to retain a customer. I know it's the times we live in that customer service is THE LAST thing that istaught, but a lesson I learned long long ago, you DO NOT have to give them your money. I asked for a refund and it was givenback, however this poorly managed, extremely rude atmosphere will not EVER get a second chance to get a penny from me. But, ifanyone wants to go somewhere and be argued with and be treated like trash and give them your money, then by all means, Lisa'son Blue Mound is most definitely the place to go. Read more
Lisa?s chicken is cheap quality chicken I used to go there because of the cheap prices now they try to sell cheap quality... chicken at a very high price.
