08/25/22 Horrible! haven't been here in months and will never go back, Lisa's use to be great place to get great cheap tenders... now they double the prices on the food. The kid at the window was so high, he coulnt get anything right he charged 63 dollarsfor 20 tenders and a 2 litter drink that was expired ! I asked for a receipt and the kid told me we are out of paper . Itgets worse the Gravy was watered down, the chicken had no flavor, very rubbery, and hard like it was old from the day before.Been going to this loc since I was in my early 20's . I would give this place a NO STARS rating because the service was horrible; nonetheless, I have to rate a forceful one star just... to add a post. The store was not busy. However, the young lady acted as if I was interrupting her active ?whatever.? Theconstant ?is that all? is severely irritating. When handing the food out the window, she talked to the cook and did not turn herhead until I grabbed the second (last) bag. Then briefly turned to say a forced ?thank you.? My fries were cold when I arrivedhome. Gizzards (cooked fresh) tasted as if they had been sitting there all day. My double patty chicken fried steak is ruinedwith WATERY gravy. For a nearly $40 meal, it sure is hard to spend hard-earned money for below-grade service and food. I triedcalling the restaurant several times only to be ignored, and voice mail was full. My fiance and love this place nvr been to this location until today and it was good. I always get the gizzards and they were... even better than the last location we went to. My fiance always gets the fish & shrimp if possible then he will get chickensometimes. It's the best place ever and def will go back Read more
Compared to most other outlets, this Lisa?s Chicken offers a poorer customer experience. Congested both on the inside and on the... outside (parking space). Most of the staff are unfriendly, the cashier on the 2 occasions I have visited was actually quiterude. Food quality- not bad. It compares well with others. Read more
