Most authentic sushi experience I’ve had in DFW. I was hesitant in coming reading some of the negative reviews, yet I’m glad... that didn’t stop me. The value for the amount of high quality sushi is unbeatable. The chef choice hand rolls are deliciousand filling. The service was fast and attentive, all the staff were incredibly welcoming. Finally a real Japanese sushi close to my house. Definitely worth every penny. Fish is super fresh and the king salmon melts in... your mouth. I’m really picky when it comes to uni (sea urchin) cuz most of places don’t have it fresh, but here it wassimply amazing. Wow...amazing creations by chef... we left this place completely satisfied. Freshness of "Neta" ( various kinds of ingredients... goes with sushi rice) is undiscribable.. simply one of the best we had. We went here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The vibe there was really relaxed and comfortable. The sushi chefs were... attentive and fast. All the rolls were fresh and there wasn't one thing we didn't like. My husband got the Japanese mule and Igot the Peach Jelly Sake. Both were refreshing. Date nights for asian cuisine always require traveling time for us. When we found out they were opening down the street, we were... waiting anxiously for the doors to open! The ambiance was relaxing and upscale. The service was superb. Fish gets imported inevery two days so it's always fresh. Every bite melts in your mouth and leaving you wanting more- the combination of flavorscompliment each other so well! Don't expect your classic sushi rolls. Go somewhere else.
