Terrible KFC. You're better off going across the street to Dan's. Slow service, rude employees, had to change my order to find... food that wasn't sold out, no napkins, no condiments that I requested. Worst management ever. Tried it again. This place is ajoke. I asked for no pickles, which apparently also means 8 or 9 times the normal amount of mayonnaise. Read more
Ratchet. Lazy. Unprofessional. In need of time lessons lol And again RATCHET! The wait was 37 minutes long. The drive-thru... employee was outside by her car taking orders. always out of stuff and the workers here have never heard of good customer service. this is the closest kfc to me and i?ve only... ordered from one nice worker. drive thru also always takes forever for someone to even greet you through the speaker and evenlonger to make your order. you could get a regular side of fries and it?d take 10 mins even tho they?re prob just microwavingold fries. better off going literally anywhere else. if you value your time just drive to a different KFC. Waited over 10 minutes for them to even take my order, then waited for... over 20 minutes for our food and then they gave us someone else?s order. Terrible service...was door dashing on November 15 around 11:55 am and the workers refused to open the door. They wasted several... minutes of everyone's time. The drive thru wasn't even moving. Causing multiple people to leave the drive thru. The worst partis once you're in the drive thru you're blocked in. Need to fire all workers as they are not providing a good service not evenclose to satisfactory. The girl working the drive thru line was very rude as well. This review will not change. Read more
OK everything was good other than this piece and another piece ended up ruining our entire meal. I spent 45 dollars and I can't... get my chicken cooked all the way. Always good food. The young lady at the drive-thru window had an amazing attitude!!! It made my experience just that much nicer.
