This is the worst kfc in fort worth. I ordered the 3pc big box and my chicken was soggy and I ordered extra crispy. Straw had a... hole in it. My side the Mac n cheese didn't come with a fork. If I could put zero stars I would. People work too hard for theirmoney to get done like this. Read more
I placed my order in the drive thru paid for the meal and headed home. I usually check right there before driving away but... didn't this time. At the light at Hulen and old Granbury rd I checked and the pot pie wS missing (my dinner). I made a u turnand went back and I was told they were out of pot pies. They had one when I ordered it but gave it to someone else. The onlyreason I went to KFC was for the pot pie. This one makes a habit of conveniently running out of things. Last time it was myhusband boneless wings.I stopped going to the KFC on Alta Mesa because the chicken was always under cooked. I guess I will stopgoing to this one as well since they have issues With running out of food and employees can't put everything you order in thebag. Read more
I usually rate this place high. But this last experience was horrible. Did online order for 615 pm. I arrived before the time. I... asked the woman working the register about order. She said it "was making". 15 minutes later I asked and got same response. Atotal of 45 minutes goes by before they get out my online order. But only after I complain. 6 people had come in and orderedfrom the counter and received before I did. One guy got 2 buckets of chicken before me not to mention the 10 or more cars in thedrive thru! Delicious, fast, courteous! They were sweet, professional, and patient while we figured out what to get. They were out of... popcorn chicken, but were happy to comp. us tenders instead and even cut them up for us to put in our mac n? cheesebowls. Zero stars. The service was disgusting the employees playing and fighting in the store. We went through the drive through and... ordered. They told us it will be a wait so pull to the front and we did we waited and waited for almost 20min and we seen aworker come out with bags of food. So we decided to go back to the window. They looking crazy like we didn't just order and saidthey co worker must of took it because they don't have it. We came there at 9.30 pm and left at 10:20 with no food but we gotrefunded. The employees on the night shift of May 13 needs to be fired. The worst display of customer service I have ever seen.I will never go back to that restaurant ever and I don't recommend it either. The manager Audrey tells me to go back through the drive thru a thirdtime to order again. When I asked why? she responded it?s another transaction.
