Today my family and I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Bree and Mark. Bree was very polite, friendly, and attentive.... Always nice and having a smile. Mark was nice and very knowledgeable. It was our first time coming in and we were a bit confusedon what to order. My husband got the snocrab for the first time. Mark took the time to explain how to use the utensils. Alsodemonstrating and making sure my husband knew what to do. He was very patient and funny. Great first experience, the food wastasty but loved the experience these 2 servers provided. Read more
Decided i needed some crab today so i stopped in after work. Had a couple of drinks and some great crab! But the highlight was... Gracie. She was working her tail off running the bar, taking orders and bussing tables. And she was kind and smiled the wholeway! Very impressive young lady. She should be the face of Joe's. Almost everything here was Top Notch. We had the fried mozzarella as an appetizer, and it was some of the best I've ever had.... The french fries were great, the broccoli was cooked perfect, the white rice that was served with my Lobster was the best I'vehad in awhile. For my main meal I had the lobster tails, and they serve three of them. So the portion is generous. However thefirst go-around they were over cooked and very hard to cut. I sent two of them back and the ones that came back were cookedcorrectly. Very courteous wait staff and manager. We will be back. Although I will be trying a different dish next time. Read more

Edit after second recent visit, we went back tonight 04/03/22 and were waited on by Cash and Chase?. They absolutely rocked it,... they were polite, helped with suggestions, and very attentive?. We will be back again with hopes that one of these two get ourtable. Wow!! During the pandemic we had to stop coming to our favorite spot?menu was short, staff was short, it just wasentthe same?. HOWEVER! We finally decided to go back, and we are so happy that we did!!! The food and service were just as amazingas before!!! I highly recommend the steam pots, and add a cluster of king crab!!! Our party of 7 went for dinner. There was no wait and we were immediately sat down. We were sat to the left of the restaurant... and they sat us at the only available table on that side. I looked over at the other side of the restaurant and it wascompletely empty. This didn?t make sense since we were overcrowded on that side. Other than that our dinner was delicious andour customer service was great. I would definitely come back whenever I?m in town. We also bought some souvenirs. Read more
