Nice cosy sports bar eatery. Offers happy hour specials with sides and plates. Complementary chips and salsa. Good place to... enjoy with family friends and games watching along side dinner. Staff is friendly and checked in often. Vegetarian options werelimited and taste was average for the price charged. Portion sizes are good though. Read more

Great experience dining in. They have mimosas on Sundays :-) Part of a brunch option. Food is really good. Service was speedy... and friendly. Always enjoy the tacos. Plenty of parking and easy access. Good selection of tacos that are flavorful. Burritoswith asada, beans, onions, and choice of sauce. Queso sauce is extra. Lunch specials during the week. Read more

My wife wanted tacos for her birthday and JJ's did not disappoint. We tried three different tacos, their shrimp pasta and cheese... enchiladas. Everything was spot on perfect. Their margaritas were an excellent choice for birthday drinks. And the service wassecond to none. They have 6 different salsas and we're more than happy to let us try every one of them. Great food and greatservice. We will definitely be back. Read more

We stopped by JJ's Taco shop and it was awesome!! We were greeted right away by Monica who provided excellent service, she kept... our drinks full and our table clean. The BEST part was the TACOS, they are so good and authentic, its hard to find real streettacos local these days, go to JJ's you won't regret it. Before I even left the establishment I began making plans to return.Thank You JJ's, we're glad you're here! Read more

Eating here was a delight! We were sat quickly, given a quick explanation of popular foods as it was our first time, and Oscar... kindly explained any cuisine I didn't know before ordering. Food was served within 10 minutes and the margaritas, in housemargarita mix I might add, came swiftly after. Happy hour is great and their strawberry margarita was especially refreshing. Ihighly suggest the steak asada quesadilla was meaty and filled with zesty quac and sour cream. Absolutely worth it and I will bereturning soon! Read more

First off, when you walk into the restaurant you are met with sultry sounds of meringue and salsa sounds. Once you step foot... inside your nose is filled with the aromas of authentic Mexican food. The hostess then speaks and determines where you and yourparty will sit (she will also give you an option). The entire restaurant has tv's all around, so a big plus for sport lovers!Once you are seated you're brought chips and salsa followed with a menu. Now there are several authentic items on the menu, however, items that stood out to me were the healthier options (hypertension). After ordering your meal you tend to want to lookaround and slowly you notice there is a mixture of patrons, young, older, babies, I mean this place is an awesome place for theentire family! And what's more awesome about it is the sound of voices are almost drowned by the wonderful music and ambience.Meal came, it was decorated well on my plate (Carnitas) and from the first bite until the last all I could think about was howwonderful my food tasted. Afterwards we had the Chocolate Tres Leches Cake... All I can say is awesomeness in every bite! Thisis my new fave for Mexican food and if you give it a try it'll soon be yours too! Read more

OK is a great way to describe JJ's. There wasn't a lot special about this place. It feels like it's going to a sports bar/... Austin taco shop vibe, but falls short of offering the flavor and atmosphere that I would expect. Tasted the chips and salsa, chicken enchiladas, beef taco, and loaded brisket fries. Nothing truly great or interesting about any of it. Not necessarily badfood, just unremarkable. Especially in comparison to gems like Frezko down the road a few miles. The service was fine, perhapsa bit rushed given how few people were in the restaurant, but no major complaints. But I had to track down someone to ask forthe check. All in all my first impression of this place is that it's just OK. I probably won't return unless someone invites meand is dying to eat here. Read more

Restaurant was busy, greeter was so pleasant. Bartenders Stasha and Josh were great. Music choice was 80/90 mix, loved. ... Restaurant was full and kept steady. Couple of screaming kids echoing. Lots of food choices, pork tacos were my favorite. Owner came out and greeted us, so sweet. Read more
