I did an online order at 12:01 and it took them 13 minutes to make my sandwich. Freaky fast not. I watched while six people... that were inside the store that ordered their order got their sandwich before me. It made me very upset because I'm trying towork. I only came here because usually Jimmy John's is very fast. They made it seem like the online orders weren't a priority.And the in-store people ordering were the main priority. I'm just standing there watching the guy make everyone's sandwichbefore me. I've never been more disappointed in Jimmy John's ever. I will not be going to this location ever again. I eat Jimmy John's once or twice a week as it is my preferred lunch sandwich shop. Every single time I am in this area and order... from this location I have paid extras that do not get added, missed cheese, attitude from employees, etc. I have reached outmore than once about paid extras not being added and haven't received a single response. Walk the few doors down to the JerseyMike's here that is on the money every single time. Online orders? Come in 30 minutes after ordering and it hasn't beentouched. What is the point? I ordered three sandwiches including 1 turkey tom. It literally came with 1 piece of turkey when it was delivered. I... accidentally called the wrong store and manager said he wanted to make it right but when I called the store that actuallydelivered the sandwich the manager said there was nothing he could do and that he was the one that made the sandwich and heknows it was correct.
