I love this place but I would appreciate the hours of the store on the Google search to reflect what yall operate by.
Online and sign posted on the door say they close at 9. we get there right before 8 and it?s closed. change your hours online... and on the door if you are going to be closing earlier than posted. Read more
I placed a delivery order and did not get my food until one hour and 3 minutes later. I have had 20 different Jimmy John's... deliver to me in 4 states and no one ever took more than 35 minutes. Average is maybe 20 minutes. I called at the 40 minutemark to politely inquire about the status of my order and a woman rudely tells me that it's "probably" on its way without askingfor any information such as my name, order details, etc. Weird. They get two stars because when the delivery man finally came,he had a sense of urgency and apologized for the delay. Terrible experience. Extremely rude young manager. Issac. I?m a devoted jimmy John customer. This place is AWFUL. No need to... provide customer service because of its location. To TCU. Never had a problem with this particular Jimmy John's. I place my order for pickup, walk in to pick it up, and I'm off to eat... it. Employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always exactly how I ordered. With their rewards program, there isalmost no reason not to eat here. Read more
Did not receive my drink that's my fault I forgot to ask. There's no avocado on my sandwich. Extra pickles apparently means 4... pickles. Staff was friendly so 2 stars. Will not return. Will not recommend. Lesson learned check orders before leaving. Read more
Fast, good food, good service! Never had a bad experience from this location over the last 2 years of getting sandwiches while... on campus. The delivery was great and quick on campus. The sandwiches were always fresh and the staff is friendly. Good spot fora quick bite. Read more
Great food but I order only from the mobile app, and I literally can't order food from there with my debit card and no other... place has issues with it, so that leads me to believe that the app is absolute garbage. Read more
