The Veggie... Bread was super hard and tough on the bottom. Barely a hint of Avocado on the sandwich... Which is the selling... point of this sandwich. Thumbs way down ???????? I came in to try the new Thai Chicken Wrap, and the guy was nice, but he was all sweaty, and his gloves showed the sweat... underneath. He took my order with his gloves on, touching the dirty screen, and then made my wrap with the same gloves. Yuck? Read more
Ordered a catering order online, was on a tight schedule and it was supposed to be ready at 11:30 AM. Had to wait 10 or 15... minutes for them to make up the sandwiches, then they forgot to include about half of my order. Didn?t discover that until I gotback to my location. When I called the manager she said sorry we had a staff meeting! They wouldn?t comp anything, could notguarantee when they could deliver the missing items, and just said sorry that?s company policy so we will never go back. We got the chicken Caesar wrap and Thai chicken wrap and they were both great. Good customer service and it was made quick.

The Beach Club didn?t have avocado spread on it. Also, the Vito came with mayo and it?s not suppose to be on the sandwich.
Service is lacking. Paying $15 for a giant sandwich TO-GO? Expect to stand at the register waiting for over 5 minutes during... their busiest times. OH and have to bag your own sandwich when you ask them to put it in a bag for you after you ordered TO-GO.Otherwise it's a great sandwich everytime. Read more
