I came in to try the new Thai Chicken Wrap, and the guy was nice, but he was all sweaty, and his gloves showed the sweat... underneath. He took my order with his gloves on, touching the dirty screen, and then made my wrap with the same gloves. Yuck? Read more
Ordered a catering order online, was on a tight schedule and it was supposed to be ready at 11:30 AM. Had to wait 10 or 15... minutes for them to make up the sandwiches, then they forgot to include about half of my order. Didn?t discover that until I gotback to my location. When I called the manager she said sorry we had a staff meeting! They wouldn?t comp anything, could notguarantee when they could deliver the missing items, and just said sorry that?s company policy so we will never go back.
