Horrible, horrible, horrible. Employees are rude! Placed an order for delivery, never received it and spoke to an employee who... assured it was delivered. Here I am looking outside my door and there?s no food. This is why you?re supposed to use your commonsense and double check the unit number before you leave someone food at. Please enlighten your employees to the read numbersbeside the door. Accept your mistakes and make changes instead of making the customer feel as if they?re wrong. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Wish I could leave ZERO stars. Worker behind the counter did not change gloves after handling money or... answering the phone. She then got angry when I asked her to change her gloves. The service was incredibly slow. This was due tobeing short staffed, which most likely led to the low employee morale. Filed a complaint online and received an email sayingstores are independently owned and they would reach out to the owner to contact me. Still no response after three weeks. Ownerapparently doesn't care. Avoid this store, unsanitary. Read more

We placed a online order and when we got it home, there was nothing but lettuce in BOTH sandwiches.. Jimmy John's made us drive... all the way back up there a (20 min drive) so they could fix THEIR screwup! And then when we asked for a refund.. we were toldNO. She said that they could give us credit.. but it would it be like $5 !!! Both of our Sandwiches we're like 7 a piece. Yup...Not going there again!!!; Read more

Whenever we go in store to order our food, it comes out correct. Whenever we order online delivery, however, it is never... correct. We have consistently received sandwiches with incorrect toppings. Instead of getting extra Jimmy peppers and notomatoes we will receive a sandwich with NO peppers at all, and extra tomatoes. There is another location that is closer, butyou cannot change which store to get an online order from. Read more

They live up to the ?freaky fast? phrase for sure! My kids only order from this place when home alone and they order on the app,... get their food fast and right, and enjoy every bite! Favorite place for delivery and when going in we usually pick up severalloaves of day old sandwich bread. It?s like your local sandwich joint. Read more

Employees rude and unwelcoming. I walked in and the older woman at the register just stared at me. No "hello," no "What can I... get for you?," nothing. It was really weird. I placed my order and had to confirm what size she selected, because again, sheliterally refused to talk to me. After making my sandwich, she just called the order number, put my sandwich on the counter andwalked away. She is very rude and unfriendly. This is not how you attract customers to your store. I am a business owner and Iteach my employees about building a positive first impression with anyone who walks in. I will no longer visit this location.There's one on Western Blvd with much nicer employees. Read more

I don't even know where to begin. After reading some of these other reviews, Im starting to think I should be glad I received... any food at all. It took about 40 minutes for my first delivery. The store is only 4 minutes away but we were strapped fortime. And yes, I said first delivery. They forgot two bags of chips and a pickle. I gave the driver the receipt so he could seewhat kind of chips we ordered. Ten minutes later he returns and hands me a bag. As he's walking away, he turns around and says,"oh yeah, she forgot to put the jalapeño chips in there. I meant to tell you." If you knew already, why wouldn't you turnaround and get them? So, he asks if I want a refund. I say sure. I waited more than a week and still no refund. Now, we did getmost of the food we ordered, but it wasn't worth it. I paid for extra guac on a veggie sandwich and you could barely see any ofit. I'd rather be done with them than have to deal with calling the store and complaining/asking about my refund. Read more
