Service is great in the store, however if you get delivery they use Doordash and your order sometimes makes it to you, and... sometimes it doesn't. There is no way to track your order so if it is missing or late it becomes a debacle. If you are goingto order delivery go directly through Doordash if possible so you have more oversight on what's going on with your food. Read more
Jason's Deli has THE best salad bar, in my opinion, with so many choices and everything is fresh. Great service overall at this... location, and we didn't have to wait too long for their sandwiches to be served. Great choice for fresh, hand made delisandwiches. Read more
Wasn't that good this time. The salad bar was not as fresh as usual. Bread was very stale and the romaine lettuce looked brown... and wilted. We got two salad bars to go and it didn't taste all that great. We've never stopped there for lunch on a Sundaybefore, so hoping it was just a off day. Read more
If I could give them zero stars, I WOULD! This location use to give the best customer service, and the food would be delicious.... Not anymore! Our potato ???? was so poor looking, you would?ve thought wherever they receive them from had a growth sproutshortage. I?m use to their spuds, being big, and fluffy. The cheese was cold and the broccoli cuts were tiny- pathetic looking.The customer in front of us ordered the salad bar, and she told him ?He can only go once?. He replied ?Why once?, and sheresponded, ?due to inflation I guess?, -yet their prices are still rising with inflation. He was NOT happy at all. I remembertheir salad bar was ?All you can eat?! I have been coming here for years. The salad bar is always fresh and tidy. The soup is warm and consistent with taste, and the... sandwiches are great. John is always kind, and you can tell he takes pride in this restaurant and in providing excellentcustomer service. The team that works here has always been helpful and greet you with a smile. I used to come here three timesa week, but now it is more like once per month. The reason being is My only complaint, which seems to have been a corporatedecision. The service was great, the sales person was very helpful with my needs since I'm blind, and the food is amazing. I am such a fan... now, I downloaded the app, and joined the rewards right away. I came in today to wait for a ride after I had a wreck and the lady at the front counter was the absolute kindest. I didn't... catch her name, but she gave me a free meal; even after I told her I wasn't hungry, she said "for when you get home then".
