My wife and I went in to get a smoothie and a Acaia bowl. The bowl was great and I have been a fan of these for a while now. The... smoothie was just okay. There has to be a better system here. No complaints on the drinks. The smoothies Are super yummy. The staff is always friendly... as well. My rating is on the amount of time it takes after ordering. There has to be a better system. The drive thru was long soI came inside. I literally had to wait until their drive thru was cleared. All orders should not be in the order it came in inboth drive thru and lobby. Those two need to be separated. Order it came in drive through and order it came in lobby. Separatethem. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE! They made our smoothie in the wrong size, and when we told her it was supposed to be a size bigger,... she rolled her eyes, then again when she looked over at her friends. I placed an order on the Jamba app. When I got there to pick it up I was told that there wasn?t an order under my name. I was... told since I ordered it on the app that there wasn?t anything the can do unless I wanted to order again and pay again for thesmoothies.
