Definitely reporting this location to Corporates? attention. My boyfriend and I have tried to come here twice and we?re either... told they were closed ?in the middle of the day? during there so called business hours or like just recently my boyfriend triedto order us food through the drive through speaker and after waiting for a good while for someone to respond we got nothing.Again this was during the day and there were cars parked outside the building. We tried to go to the lobby but they have a signoutside the main door saying drive through open only. How the hell are we supposed to buy anything if your staff doesn?t respondat the drive thru??!! Speaker was not defective or anything. Don?t waste your time coming the this location cause apparently youwon?t even get to order anything. Negative stars in my book!!! This location is the nicest Jack in the Boxes I have been too in the area along 360 and 114. Food quality was better here than... at other Jack in the boxes. I ordered a salad and was surprised to get a knife. other locations I only get fork. Read more
TERRIBLE I have come to this location twice now and they are closer during posted business hours. Once an hour + early and once... 16 min early with cars in the drive thru I was told they were closed. If you want jack-in-the-box, go to a differentlocation. Edit: the jack in the box response of "pls go to our website and help us fix ourselves" is tacky. I'm not going tohelp you fix your restaurant, I just want hungry people like me to avoid the location. Read more
Very dry burgers and chicken sandwiches, even when requesting extra sauce. Also nobody working there inside is wearing a mask.... Just because lobby is closed should not excuse employees from wearing a mask, especially the person who gives food and interactswith customers. Update 8/16/22 burritos have shrunk in size but price is still 7 dollars for the meal plus tax. Read more
I went here on my break at 7:15 am. Nobody came to the speaker and say we're not open. No note in Drive-thru say sorry for your... inconvenience but we're close. You have to think about your customers and their time. It's not hard to wrote a note and leavingon the speaker. Read more

They?re always closed I barely see them open after 8pm I went there 1/19/22 early and they?re closed and the picture I uploaded... were a different time I drove up there they need to fire all these employees and get new ones that actually want to work I?venever seen a fast food place that closes and opens when they choose to it?s absolutely ridiculous WORST location ever people arewaisting gas and time coming up here! I have gone several times when the open sign is on and there?s a paper on the front door that says drive thru only. There?s 2... cars in the parking lot which has to be the workers but they don?t say a word when you pull up to the speaker. Your window hasyour hours of operations and so does your website. From reading others reviews, I can tell nothing will be done. Please don?tbother to do your pre written response either. I don?t want to waste your time like you have mine. Read more
